Utah Avalanche Soccer Club is dedicated to helping young athletes reach their highest potential on and off the field. More than a soccer organization, we strive to be part of each player’s “village”—a positive, supportive environment where teamwork, loyalty, commitment, and personal growth matter just as much as skill development. As a long-standing member of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), Utah Avalanche is proud to compete at the highest levels of youth soccer for U-13 through U-19 boys and girls. ECNL represents the nation’s best developmental platform, and our club consistently works to meet that standard through exceptional coaching, challenging competition, and a player-first philosophy.
In addition to elite league play, we host the annual Mayors Cup—one of Utah’s largest and longest-running tournaments. With more than 300 participating teams each year, including many from out of state, this event offers an exciting and competitive experience for players, coaches, and families. Finals are held every Labor Day, continuing a tradition that began in 1984.
Player growth extends beyond the pitch. Utah Avalanche emphasizes character-building qualities such as confidence, work ethic, sacrifice, passion, and resilience.
