The Ninja Playground is Utah’s premier obstacle training gym, designed to bring the excitement of American Ninja Warrior to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Built with professional-quality obstacles and coached by athletes who have all competed on the hit TV show, our facility offers a one-of-a-kind environment where confidence, strength, and belonging come naturally.
Whether you’re searching for a fun activity, a unique fitness option, or a place where your kids can burn energy in a positive setting, The Ninja Playground delivers. Our open gym hours require no reservation, making it easy for families, teens, and adults to drop in and explore obstacles at their own pace. Current open gym hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to practice freely, challenge yourself, and enjoy the supportive Ninja community.
At The Ninja Playground, our mission goes beyond physical training. We strive to help every participant build strength, gain confidence, learn new skills, and feel welcomed into the inclusive and encouraging Ninja culture.
