Each journey begins with a personal assessment to identify problems or challenges, goals, emotional needs, and life circumstances. Based on the assessment we develop an individualized treatment plan matched to the client’s needs that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed care and treatment to address trauma, mindfulness-based practices, and court approved NOJOS informed therapy . Therapy provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore emotions, manage stress, and develop healthier coping strategies.
We serve young men aged 12 to 20 facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and NOJOS therapy.
