Emotional Intelligence Education for Children and Teens

All the Emotions provides emotional education designed to help children and teens understand their feelings, develop emotional intelligence, and build practical skills for managing emotions in everyday life. The program is based on the idea that emotional intelligence can be taught, practiced, and strengthened rather than being something children simply develop on their own.

Created by a licensed therapist and mother of three, All the Emotions offers age-appropriate learning paths designed for children with different levels of emotional development. Programs are available for ages 4 to 7 with parent-guided lessons and engaging activities, ages 8 to 11 with independent or parent-supported learning, and ages 12 and older for tweens and teens who are ready to explore emotional skills more deeply.

The learning system follows a progressive roadmap. All the Emotions 101 introduces foundational emotional skills, helping children build the basics needed for emotional awareness and understanding. Additional courses focus on individual emotions, including anxiety, anger, and grief, while the growing library includes lessons addressing emotions such as joy, guilt, embarrassment, disgust, jealousy, pride, and disappointment.

The program is designed to help children recognize what they are feeling, understand their emotional experiences, and develop strategies they can use when emotions become difficult to manage. It may be particularly useful for children who become overwhelmed by strong emotions, have difficulty explaining how they feel, forget calming strategies in challenging moments, or struggle to recover after frustration or disappointment.

All the Emotions also provides resources for parents and families, including free feelings flashcards and additional learning materials. The company continues to expand its course library with new learning paths focused on relationships and life skills. Its overall approach gives parents a structured way to intentionally teach emotional skills as part of their child’s development.
