Grace and Truth Academy provides families with the freedom of homeschooling alongside the support of a school. Serving students from Pre-K4 through 12th grade, the academy offers a Christ-centered educational environment that helps parents guide their children’s academic and spiritual development while receiving additional structure and support throughout the school year.
The academy combines conservative Christian education with classical learning and Charlotte Mason-inspired methods. Its academic approach draws on the trivium and living books to encourage meaningful learning and help students develop a Word-centered worldview. The school’s mission is rooted in the belief that parents are called to educate their children for the glory of God, and its programs are designed to support families in that responsibility.
One of the academy’s central features is educational flexibility. Families can maintain the benefits of homeschooling while accessing the support of a school community and a structured academic day. This arrangement can give parents more flexibility in managing household responsibilities and caring for younger children while their students focus on learning. For older students, the academy also helps families keep track of grades and transcripts, providing support with important academic records.
Biblical instruction is another important part of the program. Students work each year on memorizing A Catechism for Boys and Girls, which introduces foundational Christian beliefs through a question-and-answer format. During the theology cycle, older students study either the Baptist Catechism or the Heidelberg Catechism. These activities complement the academy’s broader emphasis on connecting education with Christian faith and discipleship.
Grace and Truth Academy welcomes families seeking an educational approach that integrates academics, biblical teaching, and the flexibility of homeschooling. Its combination of classical education, living books, catechism study, and school-based support offers an option for parents who want to remain actively involved in their children’s education while benefiting from a supportive academic community. Registration is available for students across the Pre-K4 through 12th-grade levels.
