American Fork City provides municipal services, public resources, recreational programs, and community information for residents, businesses, and visitors. The city’s official website serves as a central resource for accessing local government departments, paying utility bills, reviewing public notices, registering for activities, and staying informed about community events.
Municipal services include water and sewer utilities, stormwater management, pressurized irrigation, road and sidewalk maintenance, public safety, and city infrastructure projects. Residents can access utility billing information, submit service requests, review city ordinances, and find applications and permits through the website. Business owners and developers can also access planning, zoning, engineering, and business licensing resources.
Parks and recreation are important components of the city’s public services. American Fork maintains parks, trails, and open spaces and offers recreational programs for children, teens, and adults. Activities include basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, flag football, tennis, pickleball, track and field, golf, skiing, and snowboarding. Residents can also find information about sports leagues, seasonal activities, community events, and facility reservations.
Additional community resources include the American Fork Library, fitness center, Senior Center, and Veterans Memorial Hall. These facilities provide educational resources, fitness opportunities, senior activities, public meeting spaces, and other services for community members.
The website also provides access to city council meetings, public agendas, newsletters, employment opportunities, development updates, and announcements about local events. Residents can use these resources to follow municipal decisions, participate in public processes, and learn about projects affecting the community.
Through its online service portal, American Fork City connects residents and businesses with government services, public facilities, recreation programs, and local information.
