Bailie’s Gymnastics provides gymnastics instruction for children from toddlers through teenagers in a safe, positive, and supportive environment in Draper, Utah. Programs are designed for a wide range of ages and abilities, giving children the opportunity to learn foundational movement skills, build confidence, and progress toward more advanced gymnastics at their own pace.
Classes include Parent-Child gymnastics for ages 1–3, Preschool Gymnastics for ages 3–4, Girls All Around Gymnastics for ages 5–18, and co-ed tumbling for girls ages 5–18 and boys ages 5–10. Younger students are introduced to movement, coordination, balance, strength, and basic gymnastics skills through age-appropriate activities and equipment. Parent-child and preschool programs also incorporate sharing, taking turns, cooperation, and other early social skills.
For older children, recreational classes provide progressive instruction in areas such as vault, bars, balance beam, floor, and tumbling. Students advance through skill levels based on their individual mastery rather than simply moving forward according to age or time enrolled. Instructors use skill checklists and ongoing assessment to determine when a gymnast is ready for the next level.
Students interested in competitive gymnastics can also participate on the girls’ team, where athletes develop higher-level skills, routines, goal-setting, teamwork, and competition experience at local and other meets.
With trained instructors, ongoing staff development, positive reinforcement, and a strong emphasis on safety, the program provides children with an engaging way to become stronger, more coordinated, confident, and disciplined while enjoying the sport of gymnastics.
