Aeris Aerial Arts offers aerial arts training for children, teens, and adults at its Utah studios in Midvale and Kaysville. While students learn impressive aerial skills, the studio’s approach goes beyond physical training, using aerial arts as a way to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Youth programs are structured by age and experience, with dedicated classes for children ages 5–12 and teens ages 13–17. Students learn aerial silks and other techniques in a supportive environment while progressing from foundational skills to more advanced movements and choreography. The studio also offers programs for younger children, including Little Circus, which incorporates movement, coordination, social skills, strength, and confidence.
Adults can participate in age-specific aerial classes designed for both beginners and experienced aerialists. Additional offerings include bungee fitness, hammock, hoop (lyra), straps, contortion, and other specialized aerial disciplines, with availability varying by location.
Performance is another important part of the experience. Students have opportunities to learn choreography and perform in productions and professional venues, while advanced students can audition for the studio’s company programs. The Aeris Leadership Program further encourages students to mentor others, contribute creatively, and develop leadership and teamwork skills.
For families and individuals looking for an engaging alternative to traditional fitness or dance programs, Aeris combines physical challenge, artistic expression, community, and personal development in a unique aerial-arts experience.
