The Masgutova Method offers a neurodevelopment-focused approach centered on the assessment and integration of primary motor reflex patterns. Known as Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI), the method is designed to support sensory-motor development, nervous system regulation, and functional skills in children and adults.
Services begin with an MNRI reflex assessment, which evaluates the integration state of approximately 20–30 primary reflex patterns. Based on the assessment, an individualized plan can be developed to address reflex patterns identified as dysfunctional or insufficiently integrated. Sessions use specific sensory-motor techniques, integrating exercises, repetition, and reassessment to support the integration process.
A range of MNRI programs allows the approach to be tailored to different areas of development and function. Programs include Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration, Whole Body Reflex Integration, Birth and Post-Birth Reflex Integration, Sensory System Integration, Oral-Facial Reflex Integration, Neuro-Structural Integration, and other specialized programs. The organization also offers resources addressing areas such as stress and trauma recovery, dyslexia, and reflex recovery.
In addition to individual services, the organization provides family education conferences, clinics, home-program resources, and educational courses for parents, caregivers, teachers, and professionals. Professional training includes online, in-person, and hybrid options, with some courses offering continuing education credits.
With resources and certified providers available in locations throughout the United States and internationally, the program provides families and professionals with education and practical tools centered on reflex integration and neurodevelopment.
